Juerg is the Director of Fund & Asset Management and leads the institutional and private capital investment team. Juerg built up his extensive knowledge over the last 20 years in international markets including Asia, Canada, New Zealand, UK, US and Switzerland. For the last 10 years, Juerg has focused on Australia and Asia, and prior to joining Marprop was responsible for founding and managing the Australian office for a large Swiss institutional investment foundation. Puneet joined Marprop in 2019. In Puneet’s previous role as Director, MIRA Infrastructure, Macquarie Group, he led an acquisition pipeline of ~$1bn equity in renewables. In addition, he was also the Fund Manager for Macquarie Real Estate Equity Funds (MREEF) with ~12 years of experience in real estate principal investments and development funds, including transaction and asset management. CA, ATI, JP – Lachlan Bonser has acted as a Company Secretary with Marprop entities since 2018. He has worked with businesses in Australia as an external advisor and maintains a role on client Advisory Boards. He has over 19 years of experience in Chartered Accounting and Business Advisory Services.
In 2016 Lachlan established a Chartered Accounting Business, LB Advisory Chartered Accountants working closely with clients on establishing and maintaining reliable financial reporting and governance procedures.

Independent Compliance Officer
Perry has 30 years experience in financial and corporate regulation. Perry ensures the Marprop Group and funds managed by Marprop are meeting and exceeding all compliance standards. Perry started his career in the Australian Federal Police where he specialised in fraud and white-collar crime investigations and criminal prosecutions. In the mid 1990’s Perry worked with the Australian Securities & Investments Commission where he led a highly skilled team of investigators and lawyers responsible for criminal and civil actions against companies and individuals in breach of the Corporations Act.
After graduating with Honours in law at UTS, Perry moved to the private sector where he spent the next 10 years in senior compliance roles advising Zurich Financial Services, Deutsche Asset Management and BT Financial Services. . View on Linkedin
Nathan has over 12 years Australian experience in acquisitions and investment management. He has executed and administered the acquisition of large developments nationwide in all sectors to income producing commercial investments. His experience spans the full spectrum of the property lifecycle from inception through to disposal.
Andrew has nearly 10 years of accounting experience gained across various sectors including finance, healthcare, IT and property (including ASX listed companies). Prior to joining Marprop, he had direct financial reporting responsibility for a portfolio of nearly $100 million in turnover. Andrew also specialises in project and forensic accounting, financial and management reporting and auditing.
