Founded in 2007 Marprop has grown from a real estate advisory firm into a leading investor and fund manager. .

Marprop has led major developments, including the $250M+ redevelopment of 5 Martin Place in Sydney’s CBD and the $50M Novartis headquarters in Macquarie Park. Today, Marprop continues to deliver best-in-class investment and funds management services.
